Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive, "can-do" work environment.
- Attend OAC Meetings
- Issue and track all RFIs to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage submittal process
- Issue purchase orders
- Track change events & obtain trade partner pricing
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Tracking material deliveries to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and industry standards are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, and others.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
Compensation:
- Full Time position
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
